Gsnk® Steel and Brass Cage

Spherical roller bearings have two rows of symmetrical rollers, the outer ring has a shared spherical raceway, and the inner ring has two raceways that form an angle with the vertical axis of the bearing.

STEEL CAGE

Spherical roller bearings have two rows of symmetrical rollers, the outer ring has a common spherical raceway, and the inner ring has two raceways that form an angle with the vertical axis of the bearing. The ball center of the outer ring spherical raceway is located on the bearing shaft.

Applicable cages:
Stamped steel plate cage

Bearing characteristics:
Misalignment allowed
Spherical roller bearings are self-aligning like self-aligning ball bearings or CARB bearings.

High load capacity
Spherical roller bearings are well designed to withstand heavy axial loads acting in both directions in addition to high radial loads.

long lasting
The dimensional and geometrical tolerances used when manufacturing the rollers are almost the same as the roller sets. Symmetrical self-aligning rollers provide optimal load distribution along the length of the roller and a special profile that prevents peak stress on the roller ends.

low friction
Self-guiding rollers keep friction and frictional heat low. The floating guide ring guides the unloaded rollers into the loaded area in an optimal position.

strong and sturdy
All spherical roller bearings are equipped with powerful window or double fork cages.

Application:
Paper machinery
Reduction gear
Rolling stock
Rolling mill rolls
Crusher
Vibrating screen
Printing machine
Woodworking machinery
